The Helper assists with routine tasks and provides support to team members to ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities may include lifting, carrying, cleaning, assembling, or organizing materials. This role is designed to assist in the smooth functioning of daily operations and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and clean-up of workspaces or job sites.
- Support workers by providing tools, materials, or equipment as needed.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, or organizing.
- Help with loading and unloading materials, products, or supplies.
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking and labeling items.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (depending on the industry).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
