Real Estate Appointment Scheduling Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and personable Real Estate Assistant to help manage rental leads, communicate with prospective tenants, and schedule property tours.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to understand a client's needs and recommend suitable, higher-value rental options when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with rental leads by phone.
• Understand each lead's budget, preferences, and housing needs.
• Recommend suitable and potentially higher-value apartment options.
• Qualify leads and identify serious prospects.
• Schedule property tours and appointments.
• Follow up with leads to confirm tours and maintain engagement.
• Post and update real estate property listings.
• Keep lead and appointment information organized and up to date.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Use good judgment and common sense when handling leads and client requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Confident in recommending properties and upselling when appropriate.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using appointment scheduling and listing platforms.
• Real estate experience is a strong advantage.

Schedule

4 hours per day
Anytime between 9:00 AM–9:00 PM EST
