Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Junior (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Exceptional Customer Service skills, Scheduling proficiency, Strong Problem-Solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, Empathetic attitude, Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with the possibility of remote work options.
