We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representatives. The role involves assisting customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)/ Senior High School Graduate.
- With or without BPO / Call Center experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite
