Brand Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Officer who is ready to take ideas beyond the drawing board and help bring our brands to life. If you enjoy developing campaigns, understanding consumers, spotting market opportunities, and seeing your work translate into real business impact, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Planning
Support the development and execution of brand plans, marketing strategies, and annual marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
Help translate business priorities into relevant and engaging consumer-facing initiatives.
Campaign Development and Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, consumer promotions, and on-ground activations.
Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and suppliers to bring campaign concepts and marketing materials to life.
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other brand-building initiatives from planning through execution.
Brand Performance and Business Growth
Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and relevant market indicators to assess the impact of marketing activities.
Prepare marketing reports and recommend opportunities to improve campaign performance and consumer engagement.
Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing to align brand initiatives with commercial priorities and market opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely campaign delivery.
Manage multiple marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Around 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, brand management, integrated marketing communications, or consumer marketing.
FMCG, food and beverage, retail, or consumer goods experience is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution, marketing communications, or consumer promotions.
Strong creative thinking, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to turn ideas into actionable marketing initiatives.
