- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
