Role Description The Planner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Calamba. The Planner is responsible for preparing production plans and schedules, coordinating with production, procurement, and warehousing teams to ensure material availability and on-time manufacturing. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, updating forecasts based on demand and sales data, and adjusting production plans to optimize capacity and minimize delays. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to planning processes. The Planner maintains accurate records, prepares regular reports, and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support efficient operations.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory management using spreadsheets and planning tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, foam production, automotive, or related industries is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Calamba and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
