Bartender
Lime and Basil Thai Restaurant
Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages according to the restaurant's standard recipes
Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Prepare the bar station before opening and ensure all supplies are available
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and glassware
Monitor beverage inventory and report shortages to the supervisor
Follow proper measurements to maintain drink quality and control costs
Record all beverage orders accurately in the POS system
Minimize waste and prevent unauthorized use of beverages
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
Follow company policies, safety standards, and instructions from the supervisor
About you
Previous experience as a bartender is an advantage
Knowledge of basic cocktails and beverage preparation is preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, responsible, and organized
Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
