Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix cocktails and drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customer identification and follow alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash, payments, and customer tabs accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies when needed
- Create drink specials and recommend beverages to customers
- Assist in planning and promoting bar events, promos, and special offers
- Use social media and customer engagement strategies to help attract more guests to the bar
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in wines
- Knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and drink preparation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash-handling and math skills
- Creative in making bar promotions and marketing ideas
- Familiar with social media promotion and customer engagement
- Team player with a positive attitude
