HR Account Officer

- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Assist in recruitment, employee orientation, and maintenance of HR records.
- Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
- Provide analytical reports on HR metrics.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications; strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Working Conditions: Office-based position with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a team environment.
