Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator (Permanent Remote/WFH)

We, a US mobile marketing agency, are hiring for 1 full-time Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in relevant roles.

Job Summary

This role is not your typical graphic digital marketing coordinator position. You won’t be working in isolation like a freelancer; instead, you’ll be collaborating daily with teams across the company who are all pushing toward ambitious goals and groundbreaking initiatives. Prompt, clear communication isn’t just a nice-to-have here; it’s the key to delivering excellence.

The ideal candidate will need to be fully available from 7 pm - 3 am PHT so it's highly preferable that he/she isn't currently engaged with any company/client during the said hours. Additionally, you will be trained on everything you need to know to excel in this role.

• Employment Type: Full-Time 

• Work hours: 7 pm - 3 am PH time for Onboarding, and then choice of scheduled hours after, starting at 6 pm PH time. 

• Required Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Work Set-up: Remote (Company laptop and external monitor will be provided). The ideal applicants should reside within Metro Manila and aren’t presently engaged with any company/client

You’re organized, efficient, and motivated to consistently deliver great work. You're also skilled in MS Excel, and you genuinely enjoy using it!

Qualifications   

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

• 2+ year(s) of experience in digital marketing

• 2+ year(s) of analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting/filtering, pivot tables)

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Confident managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision

• Problem-solver with a proactive, team-first mindset

A Day in the Life  

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, optimized continuously, and aligned with client goals. You’ll turn performance data into insights and help maintain the smooth execution of every campaign from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Launch and update ad campaigns based on client needs and performance

• Utilize Excel to review campaign performance and suggest actionable insights

• Monitor pacing, bids, and clickthrough rates to optimize results

• Review aggregate campaign spend and performance data to ensure campaigns stay on track and within budget

• Conduct geofence research and maintain internal tracking processes

• Communicate with team members to gather assets and meet deadlines

• Occasionally support broader department projects and initiatives

• Other duties as assigned
