Responsible for performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of the building. Duties include routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other facility-related equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in building maintenance or related field
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
