Sales Executive / B2B / (Office-based setup)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them. This role is responsible for generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting, re-engaging dormant accounts, converting inbound inquiries into long-term B2B relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Account Reactivation Execute consistent outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, text messages, and LinkedIn. Re-engage and nurture relationships within the company's existing client database. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients. Build and maintain relationships with multiple decision-makers within client organizations. Consultative Sales Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, business challenges, and goals. Present tailored solutions that align with client requirements. Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business opportunities. Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and account growth. Pipeline & Revenue Management Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and forecasts. Consistently achieve daily activity, sales, and revenue targets. Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to successful deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications At least 5 years of proven outbound B2B sales experience. Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to maintain a high volume of daily outreach. Financially literate with a solid understanding of sales margins and profitability. Confident engaging with business decision-makers and stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, competitive, resilient, and results-oriented. Process-driven with strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working in an on-site, collaborative team environment.
