Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company guidelines, data privacy, and security protocols.
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required for selected accounts.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
