REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2+ years of experience as an Admin Officer.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Have a background in Finance and Accounting
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Mandarin Admin Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining business calendars for projects, events, meetings, and operations.
• Track and audit all scheduling to ensure deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all documents.
• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin and English.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff in Mandarin.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents in Mandarin and English.
• Support the Warehouse operations and documents needed.
