Facilities and Maintenance Senior Engineer

Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Experience in team leadership and managing a small to medium-sized group of technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on technical issues. • Proven track record in preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including the ability to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities effectively to minimize downtime. • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex machinery or facility issues, with the ability to diagnose problems and implement timely and effective solutions. • Hands-on experience in inventory management, particularly spare parts monitoring and procurement, ensuring availability of critical materials for maintenance work. • Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in a maintenance or industrial setting, with a focus on maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. • Experience in developing and conducting training programs for technical staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge in equipment maintenance, repair techniques, and safety Practices. • Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electrical Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
