Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related course.
- With experience in treasury, cashiering, or accounting-related work is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, financial transactions, and documentation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or similar tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate in handling financial records.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules if required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive, count, and verify daily cash collections and other payments.
- Ensure proper recording and documentation of all financial transactions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and weekly expenses for the Audit Department.
- Safeguard company funds and ensure proper handling of cash at all times
- Coordinate with the Audit Department regarding financial records and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department and Office Staff regarding sales reports, including Z Reading and X Reading, preparation of sales summaries, and Monthly
- Expense Reports for BIR compliance.
- Assist in bank deposits and ensure timely remittance of collections.
