Renovation Project Manager

Job Requirements - Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and government agencies.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Conduct regular site visits and project inspections.
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and permits.
- Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Resolve project issues, conflicts, and delays efficiently.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Preferably licensed engineer or architect but not required.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software, and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
