Description - Design personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels.
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions while providing guidance and motivation.
- Educate clients on nutrition and wellness to enhance fitness results.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Promote training services and engage in sales strategies to attract new clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills and public speaking abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Demonstrated ability in coaching and people management.
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
