Description - Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements across various departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training materials and resources.
- Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in training and development.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, and adaptable to change.
