Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Customer Support Representative who can provide reliable and professional assistance to customers. The role involves handling customer concerns, answering inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through calls, email, or chat. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Handle complaints and difficult customer situations professionally. Process account updates, requests, and service-related transactions. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Follow established procedures and quality standards. Achieve assigned performance and customer service goals. Qualifications: With at least 6 months of relevant BPO or customer service experience. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of computer applications. Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
