Lead Copywriter

Responsibilities:
Manage and Jr. copywriters and copywriters and monitor their performance and help them reach their KPIs
Oversee, supervise, coordinate, and collaborate with assigned strategists, copywriters, and artists on projects and pitches
Manage the creative process from ideation to completion for assigned campaigns and projects, and provide feedback
Translate strategies into clear and comprehensive creative pitches that tell a solid story
Foster strategic and creative thinking during brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in internal processes to improve efficiency and quality of team outputs, ensuring alignment with overall campaign goals.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, advertising, media or related field
3 to 5 years of solid experience as a strategist, copywriter, or in a similar role within the marketing, advertising, or media industry
Strong leadership skills, creative and analytical skills, and proven experience in delivering quality creative outputs based on creative briefs and direction
Skills:
Knowledgeable in gaming, preferably in Wild Rift
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Excellent writing, oral and research skills
Strong skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams, and other online meeting and working platforms
