Description - Lead the performance initiatives of the clinic to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to clinic staff on best practices and performance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinic services and inventory management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Work Ethic, Sales Management, Team Player, Attention to Detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: After-Sales Management, Customer Management, Problem Solver, Inventory Management.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive and adaptable with a focus on continuous improvement.
