Job Overview

We are looking for an analytical, execution-focused HR Systems Manager who manages through data, not just HR principles by the book. You are the ideal candidate if you excel at auditing raw employee data, deep-diving into databases using spreadsheet tools, identifying organizational gaps, and re-engineering inefficient back-office processes. As the HR Systems Manager, you will take full operational and analytical ownership of our administrative and back-office functions. Moving beyond high-level strategy, you will roll up your sleeves to audit data, clean up operational bottlenecks, enforce compliance, and build robust Google Sheets tracking systems to drive operational precision.

Job Objectives

• Maintain zero-error, audit-ready back-office operations through continuous data reconciliation and system checks. 
• Deep-dive into HR and operational databases to spot trends, performance gaps, and compliance risks before they escalate.
• Build automated, lean, and highly responsive workflows using advanced spreadsheet and data tools.
• Achieve 100% compliance with government regulations, labor laws, and internal operational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform regular, granular audits of back-office data (attendance, billing, compliance records, inventory, and employee files) in Google Sheets to uncover gaps and discrepancies. 
• Map out workflows, eliminate operational red tape, and implement root-cause solutions (using Lean/Six Sigma principles) to optimize back-office efficiency.
• Design, build, and maintain functional Google Sheets templates, trackers, dashboards, and automated forms for interdepartmental tracking and reporting.
• Monitor strict adherence to Philippine Labor Laws and corporate policies through continuous monitoring and surprise operational audits.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration, physical workplace safety, vendor management, and supply chain/inventory workflows.
• Deliver accurate, data-driven operational reports and actionable insights directly to top management.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Office Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in office administration or roles involving applied engineering/technical process management.
• High proficiency in spreadsheet functions (data analysis/reporting) and a strong grasp of systems thinking.
• Strong capability in data-driven auditing, gap analysis, and process mapping. You must enjoy working directly with raw data.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of comprehension.
• Amenable to full-time, onsite work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
