Real State Lead Gen and Admin VA - Remote

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Lead Generation & Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate business. This role focuses on generating buyer and seller leads through LinkedIn outreach, managing follow-up communications, setting appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional in communication, and comfortable building relationships through social media and direct messaging. Work Hours: Part-time, 10-20 hours per week UK business hours Rate: £3 GBP per hour We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever. You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.

POTENTIAL TASKS

Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, task coordination, and other operational duties as required. Organize digital files, documents, and databases while ensuring that information is accurate and properly maintained. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and lead generation summaries to track outreach performance and business activity. Manage email inboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate important communications when necessary. Monitor lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Schedule appointments, consultations, and discovery call for the real estate agent/team and manage calendar coordination. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their real estate needs and determine qualification status. Conduct daily outreach activities, including connection requests, direct messages, and follow-up communications to generate qualified leads. Identify and research potential real estate buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners through LinkedIn and other online platforms.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

Strong attention to detail and record-keeping. Experience with email outreach and follow-up campaigns. Appointment-setting and lead qualification experience. Knowledge of real estate sales processes and terminology. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Professional and customer-focused communication style. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Previous experience in real estate, sales, or virtual assistance is preferred. Experience in LinkedIn lead generation, sales outreach, or appointment setting. Your minimum internet speed should be 10 MBPS and your PC specs should be at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and have 8GB RAM (at the minimum).
