- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
- Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
- Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
- Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
- With pleasing personality
- Preferably bachelors degree holder
- Experience in similar field is highly preferable
- Must be Fluent in English
- Strong negotiation and management abilities
- Female with Pleasing personality
