ReelShow is a video entertainment platform. It focuses on vertical, short-form stories that, unlike typical social media reels, are designed around narrative storytelling, delivering immersive, bite-sized content that’s easy to watch on phones or browsers. Its mission is to turn short-form video from casual scrolling into meaningful, engaging stories that keep viewers coming back.

Work Setup: PH local; flexitime; remote

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated  images and short video clips for micro-drama, micro-learning, and entertainment content
• Generate production-ready assets, including:
• character designs and consistent looks
• backgrounds, props, and environments
• scene variations and mood/lighting changes
• short cinematic video sequences (vertical-ready)
• Deliver content optimized for 9:16 vertical formats

Prompt Engineering & Workflow Design

• Write, refine, and maintain reusable prompts for:
• consistent character style
• scene continuity across episodes
• specific emotions, camera angles, and lighting
• realistic/cinematic vs cartoon/anime styles (as required)
• Build internal prompt libraries and templates for scaling production
• Experiment with new techniques: reference images, control layers, seeds, negative prompts, motion controls

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with directors and writers to translate scripts into:
• visual concepts
• storyboards
• shot sequences for micro-drama episodes
• Support marketing and growth teams by producing:
• thumbnails / posters / promo creatives
• AI-enhanced ad visuals

Editing & Post Support (AI-Assisted)

• Combine AI outputs into short-form videos using editing tools:
• add motion, transitions, sound, captions
• upscale/enhance quality for final delivery
• Improve outputs using AI tools for:
• background cleanup
• face/character consistency
• resolution enhancement
• lip-sync or voice sync (where applicable)

Quality & Performance Optimization

• Ensure outputs meet platform standards (quality, branding, content safety)
• Iterate visuals based on performance feedback (CTR, retention, engagement)
• Maintain fast turnaround while meeting creative quality expectations

Requirements (Must Have)

• 1–4 years of experience producing digital creative content (or strong portfolio)
• Proven experience using  Gen-AI tools for image and/or video generation
• Strong prompt writing skills and ability to produce consistent results
• Understanding of storytelling visuals (shot types, pacing, mood, composition)
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and rapid iteration cycles
• Portfolio  showing AI-generated image/video work (vertical content preferred)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience generating episodic content or story-driven visual sequences
• Understanding of production pipelines for micro-drama and series formats
• Experience with character consistency workflows (multi-scene continuity)
• Familiarity with short-video trends and “scroll-stopping” design
• Basic knowledge of copyright-safe workflows and content policy compliance

Tools (Examples – Not Mandatory)

• Image Gen: Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / Leonardo / DALL·E (or similar)
• Video Gen: Runway / Pika / Kling / Luma (or similar)
• AI editing/enhancement: Topaz / Descript / Adobe AI tools
• Editing: CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci
• Productivity: Notion / Google Drive / Figma

• Volume of high-quality AI assets produced weekly/monthly
• Visual consistency across episodes/series
• Faster production turnaround with reusable prompt systems
• Engagement uplift from better thumbnails, posters, and visuals (CTR, watch time)
• Reduced creative iteration cycles through better prompt design
