- Teach students in a clear and engaging manner, using a variety of instructional methods.
- Monitor and assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
- State certification or licensure to teach at the high school level.
- Proven experience in teaching and classroom management.
- Strong knowledge of the subject area and curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process.
- Organizational skills to plan lessons and manage administrative tasks.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and improving teaching practices.
