Accounting Assistant

Qualifications:
- With a college degree in Business Accountancy or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in any accountancy position.
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- With background in automated accounting/financial system.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- With average written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing of AP vouchers including preparation of checks and BIR 2307.
- Preparation of corresponding journal entries.
- Changes expenses to proper accounts and cost entries.
- Prepare monthly input VAT and expanded with tax for BIR reporting.
- Monitors advances and its liquidation. Prepares DM for payroll deductions.
