HR Assistant Manager Japanese Manufacturing FPIP Batangas

Supervise daily HR operations, including timekeeping, attendance, and payroll computation. Manage mandatory government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company benefit programs. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for staff and operator positions. Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in compliance with DOLE regulations. Support HR management and Japanese expatriates with policy implementation, reporting, and labor audits. Proven 5+ years of solid HR experience, preferably with supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE compliance, and labor relations Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog (written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS/Payroll systems Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities Benefits: Transpo: P50/day Shuttle bus | HMO | 13th-month pay | Rice allowance | SL and VL The client will discuss benefits during the job offer Work schedule: Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Interview process: 1st interview: Online Final interview: Face-to-face in Batangas
