QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Reviews QAQC documents, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection request, Non-conformance report (NCR), and all other QAQC related documents
- Attends QAQC meetings, seminars, workshop, training and orientation to ensure that the methodologies are updated
- Regular checking of delivered materials on site
-Reviewing of plans and specification to be aligned to project requirements.
- Prepares logbook of Work Inspection Request (WIR) status for proper monitoring
- Prepares scrum and wrap for monitoring of accomplished daily activities.
QUALITY CONTROL
- Regular site monitoring to check if the activity is aligned to the Quality Management Systme (QMS)
-Conducts regular site mock up demo for the subcontractors and operations
- Issuance of Non-Compliance Report (NCR) to maintain the standard quality implemented on site
- Regular inspections of ongoing activities to minimize possible errors
SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT FOR QUALITY OF WORKS
-Recommends and evaluates subcontractors' work based on quality standard implemented on site.
- Regular issuance of works not aligned to the standard quality.
DOCUMENTATIONS
-Prepares necessary documents for close out of Non - Conformance Report (NCR), Quality Observation Report (QOR)
-Prepares weekly reports not limited to non-compliance.
-Preparing logbook for inspected areas
-Progress billing preparation in coordination with Archiwall plant engineer.
