Description - Assist clients with travel bookings and provide expert travel advice.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Research and recommend travel packages tailored to client needs.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, destinations, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Customer-focused with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
