Conduct outbound calls to verify the information of customers and ensure its accurate Assist the concern and complaints of Korean and Mandarin customers through call and email. Identifying the cause or concern of the customers and provide resolutions. Coordinate with the internal departments to make sure timely and accurate resolution of the issues. Ensure that all customer issues, resolutions and actions are recorded in the system timely. Building a good relationship with customers.
