REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Having experience in a financial institution and the banking industry.
• Having Customer Service, Finance, and Know Your Customer (KYC) experience is a big advantage.
• Possesses experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Transaction Banking, with a particular focus on Cash Management or Trade Finance products.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Take ownership of complaints, suggesting improvements when needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist and engage clients
• Ensure proper verification processes and maintain customer confidentiality
• Collaborate with the team and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
