Position: Mandarin Client Support Specialist Industry: Bank and Financial Company Location: Makati City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday - Friday Salary: Php 90,00-Php 105,000 Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (50% onsite & 50% at home)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Having experience in a financial institution and the banking industry.
- Having Customer Service, Finance, and Know Your Customer (KYC) experience is a big advantage.
- Possesses experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Transaction Banking, with a particular focus on Cash Management or Trade Finance products.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Take ownership of complaints, suggesting improvements when needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist and engage clients
- Ensure proper verification processes and maintain customer confidentiality
- Collaborate with the team and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
