Service Supervisor

Description - Oversee daily operations of the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement service improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred but not required).
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC service, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial
role.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, split type, chilled water, etc.) and service
procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and service management software.
