JR Manager for Regulatory and Compliance and Training

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in an allied health, science, business, or related field, such as Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration. Preferably with at least 1-2 years of managerial experience. Strong leadership, decision- making, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Candidate must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Junior Manager - Regulatory Compliance and Training is responsible for ensuring the timely processing and maintenance of regulatory and government-mandated registrations for products and company operations. The role also leads compliance- related training initiatives for clients and internal teams, manages official documentation, and supports organizational compliance objectives to ensure business continuity and eligibility for government and private sector opportunities
