(Hybrid set-up / Global Clients) We are looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator to bridge the gap between global clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery and high-impact results. What You’ll Do (The Impact You'll Make):

  • Global Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for international stakeholders and clients, ensuring exceptional communication.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze complex information, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse, cross-functional teams to keep high-priority projects and deliverables strictly on track.
  • Process Innovation: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to optimize workflows and elevate the client experience.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications):
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Communication Research or a related field is highly preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in project coordination, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills—comfortable presenting to global audiences.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work nighttime hours to seamlessly support our international client base.
  • Mindset: An analytical, solution-oriented problem solver with a passion for continuous learning and cross-cultural collaboration.
