JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- With at least 2-4 years in Admin experience.
- Experience in quotation and invoice is a plus
- Amendable to attend face to face interview
- Amendable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: LOOK TO MS. JAI
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
