Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to assist customers, promote products, and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Promote products and achieve sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Monitor inventory and restock items as needed
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Support daily store operations and reporting
Qualifications
- High school graduate or college level
- Experience in retail or sales is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and sales-driven
- Honest, hardworking, and reliable
- Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays
