Retail Claims and Processor

Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Information Technology/Business Administrative bachelor's degree
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrative or similar role.
- With advance experience with office management software like MS Office (Word and Excel)
- With advance experience with Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
- Excellent written verbal communication skills, and must be detail-oriented.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
- Ability to work under strict deadlines can work under pressure
- High detail-oriented and organized
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sales follow through Job Description:
- PROCESS THE COMPANY’S RETAIL CLAIM AND SUBSIDY REPORTS.
- MAINTAINS ACCURATE RECORDS OF SALES PER BRANCH
- RECORDS, ENSURES, AND MONITOR COMPANY RETAIL CLAIMS MONTHLY.
- REVIEWS AND RECORDS RECEIVED CHECKS BY COMPARING CHECK DETAILS WITH DETAILS TRANSFERRED AND SOA.
- STRICT MONTHLY SALES TARGET MONITORING AND ENSURING THAT EACH BRANCH ADMIN COMPLIES WITH THE TARGET BY THE MONTH ENDS.
- WEEKLY UPDATE SOA REPORTS, TO BE SUBMITTED TO MA’AM CAROL.
- EDITING, PRINTING, AND SUBMITTING RETAIL CLAIM DOCUMENTS TO THE SPH OF THE MONTH.
- COORDINATING WITH COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT FOR UNCLAIMED UNITS.
- UPDATING AND SUBMITTING RETAIL SUBSIDY SUMMARY OF THE MONTH TO THE COMPTROLLER.
- COORDINATING AND GIVING INSTRUCTIONS TO THE BRANCH ADMINS WITH REGARD TO THE MEMOS, PROMOS, AND SUBSIDY PROGRAM.
