Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Business Management or any related course.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policies, and systems.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Preferably with the understanding of supply chain procedures.
Job Description:
- In charge of unit purchasing for several dealerships.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders of units for supplies and equipment.
- Facilitates placement orders and shipments.
- Prepares to receive reports and monitors unit inventory.
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Administer online purchasing systems.
- Others as assigned.
