- A Construction Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the timeline for construction projects. They work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that construction activities are completed on time and within budget. The scheduler is responsible for tracking project milestones, identifying delays, and developing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Schedules: Create detailed, comprehensive project schedules for construction projects, ensuring all tasks are accounted for and deadlines are clearly defined.
- Tracking Progress: Monitor the progress of the project on an ongoing basis, comparing actual work completed with the planned timeline to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Updating Schedules: Make adjustments to schedules as needed, accounting for delays, changes in scope, weather conditions, and other factors affecting the timeline.
- -With valid original barangay and police clearance
- -Good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
