A Construction Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the timeline of construction projects. The primary goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Developing Project Schedules: Create detailed project timelines using scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Develop baselines and schedules for various phases of the project.
- Monitoring Progress: Track and update project progress, identifying any delays or obstacles. Ensure that the project is staying on schedule.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure the appropriate allocation of resources (labor, materials, and equipment) to avoid any bottlenecks or delays.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to make adjustments to schedules when necessary.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports on project timelines, performance, and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and delays in the construction schedule and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
- -With valid original barangay and police clearance
- -Good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
