Computer Repair Technician

- Installs, maintains, and repairs computer hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses computer problems, including hardware malfunctions and software issues.
- Sets up and configures computer systems and networks.
- Provides technical support to users by resolving technical issues and guiding them through solutions.
- Performs regular maintenance tasks like software updates, backups, and system optimizations.
- Installs and updates antivirus software and ensures data security.
- Keeps track of inventory and hardware/software requirements.
- Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
