Facilities Managers Inc
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical and electronic systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain motor control panels, starters, relays, contactors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, electric motors, and control equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Test electrical circuits using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- Inspect and repair wiring, switches, sensors, control devices, and electrical components.
- Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to resolve technical issues.
- Keep tools, equipment, and the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required.
- Graduate of Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology , or a related technical course.
- TESDA National Certificate (NC II/NC III) in Automotive Servicing, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in automotive electrical systems, motor controls, or industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of motor control circuits, PLCs (preferred), VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site, overtime, weekends, or holidays when necessary.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
