- Manage phone calls and customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and organizing displays.
- Support sales staff during peak hours, facilitating smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain positive relationships.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
