Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives – Pioneer Account Bridgetowne, Quezon City / Pasig AreaRARE NON-VOICE PIONEER OPPORTUNITY!
Concentrix Bridgetowne is now hiring for a Non-Voice Pioneer Account with a Sign-On Bonus of ₱20,000 (T&C apply) and a salary package of up to ₱30,000. - Handle customer concerns via chat and email (non-voice)
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses
- Follow account processes and quality standards
- Document interactions properly using internal tools
- Work closely with the team to meet productivity and quality goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Senior High School Graduate
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) accepted
- At least 6 months Non-Voice BPO experience (chat/email/back office), OR
- If no BPO experience: at least 3 months Customer-Facing experience, such as:
- Retail staff (SM, Robinsons, Puregold, Uniqlo, H&M, Watsons)
- Fast food or café crew (Jollibee, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Dunkin’)
- Hotel, restaurant, or front desk staff
- Sales associate, cashier, service crew, or customer support roles
- Basic typing and written communication skills
- Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne
- Amenable to shifting schedules if required
