About the Role:

As a BIM Structural Modeler, you will be the technical backbone of prefabrication and modular steel delivery. Working fully remotely and supporting an Australian team, you will produce the models, drawings, and documentation that take a project from concept to fabrication-ready output.

Your work will directly influence how structural steel components are designed, priced, coordinated, and built. You will collaborate closely with Design Managers and BIM Coordinators to ensure models stay accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Generating and editing structural steel elements in Revit — including main members, bracing, purlins, handrails, mesh grating, connection details, and equipment skids
• Producing plan, section, isometric, and detailed drawings for prefabricated and modular steel components
• Creating concept and tender models from engineering sketches and design instructions
• Developing and managing Revit families specific to prefabrication and modular construction workflows
• Executing quantity take-offs and scheduling from Revit models for steel, grating, purlins, and handrails
• Performing clash detection and participating in design coordination reviews
• Coordinating regularly with the Design Manager and BIM Coordinators to meet deliverables, deadlines, and project budgets

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of Revit modelling and drafting experience, specifically in structural steel projects
• Qualifications in Mechanical or Structural Engineering and/or Drafting
• Solid understanding of prefabrication and modular construction workflows
• Familiarity with Australian construction industry terminology and standards
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Tekla Structures or Autodesk Inventor is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail, clear English communication, and a track record of delivering quality output on time

Compensation and Benefits:

• PHP 45,000–60,000 per month
• Fully remote setup
