Cost Accountant Officer

Qualifications: Training/Experience/Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA/CMA license preferred but not required
• 3-5 years of meaningful experience in Cost Accounting preferably manufacturing ·Background in audit or management accounting is an advance

• Maintain and monitor standard cost structures and costing system
• Conduct cost, margin ,and variance analysis (materials ,labor, overhead)
• Prepare cost of goods manufactured(COGM),cost of goods sold(COGS), and departments to validate cost data
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other concerned departments to validate cost data
• Review and analyze inventory movements and reconciliation reports
• Implement internal controls related to costing and inventory valuation
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Supervise and train cost accounting staff
• Perform other cost-related tasks as maybe assigned
