Location: Remote / Hybrid (Depending on Client Requirements) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior HubSpot Consultant to lead complex client engagements across HubSpot onboarding, implementation, optimization, migration, integration, and platform advisory services. This role combines strategic consulting, technical expertise, and client relationship management to deliver scalable HubSpot solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with the HubSpot ecosystem and a proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects involving CRM architecture, automation, integrations, and data migrations. Key Responsibilities:
Client Consulting & Strategy
~ Serve as a trusted advisor for clients leveraging HubSpot as their CRM and marketing, sales, and service platform.
~ Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and business process analysis.
~ Design scalable HubSpot solutions aligned with client objectives and growth strategies.
~ Provide strategic recommendations on CRM architecture, automation, reporting, and operational best practices. HubSpot Implementation & Optimization
~ Lead end-to-end HubSpot onboarding and implementation projects.
~ Configure and customize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and Operations Hub.
~ Design and implement workflows, lead management processes, lifecycle stages, scoring models, and automation strategies.
~ Optimize existing HubSpot environments to improve efficiency, adoption, and ROI. Data Migration & Integration
~ Manage complex CRM migrations from platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, and others into HubSpot.
~ Ensure data integrity, mapping, cleansing, validation, and governance throughout migration projects.
~ Design and oversee integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems including ERP, marketing platforms, customer support tools, and custom applications.
~ Collaborate with development teams on API-based integrations and custom solutions. Technical Leadership
~ Lead technical project delivery and provide guidance to consultants, administrators, and developers.
~ Develop custom HubSpot solutions utilizing APIs, custom objects, programmable automation, and advanced platform capabilities.
~ Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
~ Stay current with HubSpot product updates, new features, and industry best practices. Client Success & Stakeholder Management
~ Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery.
~ Present recommendations, project updates, and strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leadership.
~ Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and expertise.
~ Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and proposal development when required. Required Qualifications
~ 8+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience in consulting, implementation, or solution architecture roles.
~ Extensive experience leading complex HubSpot implementation and transformation projects.
~ Deep expertise across HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and Operations Hub.
~ Proven experience with CRM migrations, integrations, and large-scale data management projects.
~ Strong understanding of CRM strategy, marketing automation, sales operations, and customer lifecycle management.
~ Experience working with HubSpot APIs, custom objects, workflows, reporting, and advanced automation.
~ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
~ Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
~ Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications
~ HubSpot certifications across multiple hubs.
~ Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, or other CRM platforms.
